These terms became applicable when you set up an account with EasyBalance app (“the App”).

We may, from time to time, modify the terms and conditions of our relationship but we would notify you of such modification. All updates will be detailed on our website and our app. You will be able to access the latest version of our terms at any given time.

 Our Services

The App, developed by Metaware Global Solutions Limited (MGS Limited), is designed to assist small business owners in managing day-to-day sales bookkeeping, data representation, and reporting.

The use of our App will provide the following benefits:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, setting up and using the App, you hereby acknowledge, agree to comply with and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. The terms take effect on the day you set up your account.

Use of the App

To use our App you must satisfy the following:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
• You must own a registered business with CAC
• The name used on the App must be your name or your business name.

You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process. MGS has a Data Policy and is guided by the Data Protection Act 2023. Notwithstanding, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details at all times.

By setting up an account, you agree to use the App for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Note that there is an initial 10-day trial period that get to use free of charge; thereafter a subscription fee is required for continued use.

User Content

You retain ownership of the data you input into the App. You grant MGS Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your data to provide the services.

Subscription: Payment and Duration

The subscription commences upon payment of the fees thereof. Payment can be monthly or yearly. The subscription would automatically lapse at the end of the subscription period.

Once payment is made, the service becomes available to the User. Where you do not which to continue with the service, you may either way for the period to elapse and then delete your account or you may delete your account immediately.

Where you wish to discontinue before the end of the subscription period, the payment would be forfeited.

MGS runs a Referral bonus program, which is subject to specific terms and conditions outlined in the Referral Program [link will be included ones the site is ready].

Data Security and Privacy

MGS is a responsible company and are committed to protecting your data and maintaining your privacy. We have a comprehensive Privacy Policy that details how we collect, use, and disclose personal information.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the App for any fraudulent, illegal and/or unauthorised purpose and/or activities. Where we suspect your account relates to such activities or where we are request by law enforcement agencies to report on your account, we are bound to act in the interest of the public.

Any actions taken accordingly would not be violation of your right or a breach of any kind.

You shall not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion or feature of the App.

Termination

The relationship between MGS and you becomes termination where the subscription has elapsed or the account has been deleted.

Note that we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever. Where this happens, send a mail to X@mgs.com for further action.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. MGS will not be liable (either civil or criminal) for any loss that you may suffer where the use is not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions stated herein.

MGS, in good faith, shall assist the user towards resolving any issues that may arise.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MGS Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

Modification

MGS reserves the right at any time to add, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without cause. The company shall not be liable for any such addition, modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Services.

MGS reserves the right at any time to modify and/or add new or additional Terms and Conditions on use of the Services. Such modifications and additional terms and conditions will be communicated to you and, unless expressly rejected (in which these Terms shall terminate), will be effective immediately and will be incorporated into these Terms. In the event you refuse to accept such changes, these Terms will terminate.
